Dr Nicole Gaston is an artist and academic in Pōneke, Aotearoa, with a multi-disciplinary background in art, arts leadership and research.
Gaston’s creative practice explores ideologies, politics, and social constructs through functional ceramics, textiles and writing. Gaston is currently the National Chairperson for The Ceramics Association of New Zealand and the Library & Research Manager at Te Kura o Toi Whakaari.
